 | Lot #1367 DANISH WEST INDIES 1855 3c dark carmine, yellow St.Thomas gum, vertical pair tied by mute 5-ring cancels on outer FL used in 1861 from Frederiksted to Christiansted, with departure date stamp (14.9) at bottom, stamps with margins all around, lifted for inspection and replaced, top stamp with small imperfection, lettersheet aged, with considerable paper erosion and somewhat restored in the address portion, still fine, with 2007 Carl Moller cert. (pairs of Danish West Indies first issue on cover are very rare)
