 | Lot #1213 RUSSIA Semi-Postals 1922 (18.5) registered cover from Nakhichevan-na-Donu (??????????-??-????) to Germany, paying 400,000 rubles with 10x4k imperf. Arms (each used as 40,000r), also with uncancelled 2,000r (2t) Rostov charity stamp, put on backflap, piece of cover missing on back, rare usage from Nakhichevan. This particular charity stamp (the red 2t) was released only in Novocherkassk, Millerovo and Nakhichivan (for registered mail only) on April 19th and supposedly recalled back on 2nd May.
