Novaya Bukhara, Chardzhui (Turkmenistan), Merke (Turkestan), Tomkak to Tashkent, Kokand (Fergana), also one from Kandalaksha to Petrozavodsk, etc., five are registered, some normal flaws, mostly fine-v.f., very rare group

1920 (23 Sep) registered parcel card from Nizhne-Chulymskoye (Tomsk gouv.) to Bogorodsk, franked with 3x20/14k Romanov on front and Imperial Arms 1k, 2k and 15k on back, paying 78r rate, with arrival pmk on back, some defects, otherwise fine. The Romanov surcharges were no longer available for postage in 1920 and only a few exist on correspondence in RSFSR. A wonderful rarity, ex-Liphschutz collection
