Nachw in Tanga) handstamp (Friedemann BF 15), supplemented by a handwritten 7 1/2 to pay for excess weight, addressed to Dar-es-Salaam, with Tanga cds, fine, with note attributed to Hans Bothe in which he considers this wrapper to be a unique example of double cash franking! Use of wrappers for printed matter mail was a direct result of shortage of paper as the war progressed
