1920 (March 26) money order (500r) from Vsevolzhskoye S.P.B. (St.Petersburg) to Tsarevok okshaisk (Kazan), franked with Imperial Arms imperf. strip of 3x3k, used in combination with 1k Romanov, paying the correct 10r rate (2% of the funds transferred), with boxed "Oplacheno" (paid), official departure and arrival datestamps and pmk (19.4), faults at left, otherwise fine. According to the decree of March 10th, all low value (kopeck) stamps were to be figured at face value in rubles. Of course the Romanov Issue was long ago officially demonetized, hence this usage from a small town in Petrograd district to another in Kazan, should be considered provisional and quite scarce, ex-Paul Krynine
