"doreczenie bezplatne" (delivery without charge), usages from Wilno (mixed franking Polish and Russian), registered mail, study of rates and postal routes, Red Cross, provisional cancels (example "Lutowiska 13.XI.39", "Rawaruska", "Agencja Pocztowo-Telekomunikacyjna Hrycewicze"), pencil cancellation on cover via Bialystok to New York, machine cancels, Ukrainian registration markings, international mail, POW cards (from German camps), Internment Camps mail, cover addressed to NKVD in Tarnopol (July 5, 1941
