1932 First All-Union Philatelic Exhibition - Moscow, special presentation souvenir sheet of four (169:118), with central red 5.12.1932 "All Soviet Philatelic Exhibition, Moscow", first day of exhibition postmark, remarkably fresh and free of the usual toning, minor corner crease at upper right, v.f. Only 500 souv. sheets were issued on carton paper, most were handed out to important dignitaries and subsequently discarded or destroyed (being used as tickets to the exhibition and ripped on entrance). This is the only known used souvenir sheet with red First Day of Issue postmark applied to the stamps (another is known cancelled in margin), with Mikulski cert. ("dieser sonderblock, ohne frankaturwert, gestempelt, kommt sehr selten vor. Mit dieser Ersttag-Abstermplung ist er wahrscheinlich ein UNIKAT"). Since this souvenir sheet was printed for presentation and not postal purposes, the application of the central postmark indicates that it could have been valid for postage.
