 | Lot #1036 SIBERIA Air Post 1923 Far Eastern Republic, surcharged "20 kop" and overprinted "Vladivostok 1923" on 1k-70k, also on 35k surcharge, perforated (12) and imperforate (4), the complete set of 16, never hinged, 2k and 3k imperf. cut to shape (as often), 1k and 3k slightly discolored, some additional perf. flaws and toning, mostly fine-v.f., signed Goznak, with 1997 Buchsbayew cert.
