 | Lot #220 COLOMBIAN STATES Tolima 1870 5c black on gray, setting III, vertical gutter interpanneau tete-beche strip of four, positions 8,10,2,4, cancelled on piece by manuscript "Guamo", margins all around, minor paper flaws, wrinkles and toning, with 2010 Dieter Bortfeldt certificate stating "genuine in all aspects, in fine condition, typeset shows typical moved characters. A piece similar to the Wickersham rejoined panes on bluish paper. As far as we can say, this is the only piece on this paper and complete interpanneau of this setting known".
