 | Lot #195 COLOMBIA 1859 FL to Quito, Ecuador, franked with 10c orange red, full margins to just touching at bottom, tied by faint "Pasto.de.Oficio" cancel, filing fold well away from the stamp, fine. The contents of the letter date it to November/December 1859. A major South American rarity, as this is the only recorded First Issue usage to Ecuador, with 2008 Moorhouse cert.
