 | Lot #1119 RUSSIA Russian Provisional Locals - Sotschi 1918 60k on 3k red, lower left sheet corner margin block of four, positions 81-82, 91-92, top stamps with bar, bottom stamps smaller size, one (position 92) surcharged "90" instead of "60" in error, stamps n.h., v.f. Only five sheets of 100 were surcharged, the "90" error occurring once per sheet. Of the five possible, this is the only known block of four, with Mikulski cert.
