 | Lot #1181 UKRAINE Semi-Postals 1923 (16.7) registered cover from Kharkov to Berlin, franked on both sides with a complete set of four semi-postals, also imperf. horizontal pairs of 10+10k, 90+30k and 150+50k, used in combination with RSFSR 10r and 2x100r/15k perf., filing fold away from the stamps, fine and rare franking, with arrival pmk (22.7), Mikulski cert.

 | Lot #1182 UKRAINE Semi-Postals 1923 Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic Issue, 10+10karb, 90+30karb, 150+50karb imperforate horizontal strips of five (on front) and additional imperf. horizontal strips of three (on back) paying the correct 20r registered rate on cover from Kharkov (13.7) to Berlin, with arrival (20.7) pmk, insignificant cover wear, still v.f. and highest known franking combination of these rare imperf. stamps, a showpiece! New postal rates went into effect in January of 1923, with the RSFSR 1,000r devalued to 1r (2,000karb equal 20r)

 | Lot #1183 UKRAINE Semi-Postals 1923 Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, 20k+20k Shevchenko, watermarked circles and crosses, imperforate upper right sheet corner margin block of four, never hinged and post office fresh, natural gum creases at right, tiny gum adhesion between stamps at left, absolutely very fine. As only one sheet of imperf. stamps was printed, this positional block is certainly the only known (Standart UK O10Pa, catalogue value for singles)
