| Lot #1472 PERU CHILE USED IN PERU 1884 (26 Mar) cover originating in Arequipa where it was franked with 5c blue (black overprint) and used just days before the ratification of the Treaty of Ancon, used in combination with Chilean 5c from "Mollendo", with both stamps tied by framed handstamps (another on back), sent to Lima, with 26 March arrival pmk, large cover tear and usual toning, possibly unique combination franking, illustrated on the front cover of "Historia Filatelica de la Guerra del Pacifico", Angel Puppo, 1935, also ex-Harvey Weeks collection (sold for equivalent of Euro 6,000 in 1987) Catalog #3N13 | Unsold
