 | Lot #3076 RUSSIA 1922-23 20r on 15k brown and violet blue, imperf. horizontal pair, positions 8 and 9, small h.r., v.f., with 1993 Mikulski certificate. Only one sheet of this surcharge was printed, multiples are virtually non-existent, especially with position 8 which shows the characteristic "comma instead of period" after the first "P" of surcharge ("P,20P.").
