1920 (28.1) registered cover from Kuenga, via San Francisco to Derby, Ct, franked on back with Imperial 2x3.50r, returned via New York (6.4), endorsed "deported to Russia" (most probably for political reasons), with printed label added "returned to sender for the reason that service is suspended", boxed Vladivostok censor cachet and appropriate transit and arrival pmks. A fascinating historical item
