1877 (2.12) folded letter originating in Sistov, Bulgaria, dated 30 November, posted across the Danube in "Zimnicea", franked with 5b and 10b perforated adhesives, sent to Orsova, with Bucharest (3.12) and Verciorova (8.12) pmks, fine usage during the Russo-Turkish War (1877-78). While Sistov was liberated on 15th June, mail was ferried across the Danube and used from Romania; also a FL with similar franking, used from Ismailia to Galatz
