 | Lot #672 NICARAGUA 1882 (Jan 5) cover franked with 5c black (perf. 12) and 25c green (rouletted) cancelled indistinctly in black, sent via the British Post Office in Panama to London, where it received "Foreign Branch" cds and was charged postage due, marked "1s/" in circle, for the external postage from Panama to England, as Nicaragua was not yet a member of the UPU and their stamps were not valid oversas.
