COLOMBIA Air Post
1919 2c carmine rose, well centered, dried gum and usual small faults (tiny hole and light crease), otherwise fine, signed Kosack, Calves etc., with 2003 Royal cert. Only 200 copies of this overprint were issued for the experimental flight from Barranquilla to Puerto Colombia. Approximately 160 were used on covers.
