Lot #1635
LARGE LOTS & COLLECTIONS WORLDWIDE
1920-80 balance of a consignment in 6 cartons, thousands of mostly unused singles and sets in glassine envelopes, in the original condition as purchased many years ago from old-time Nassau Street dealers, particular strength in Western Europe and British Commonwealth (George VI-QEII with many better sets, some lacking high values), also collections in albums incl. Germany, Austria, Vatican City, Iran, Ghana, United Nations, Belgium, Italy, Europa (incl. 1956 Luxembourg), souvenir sheets, many n.h., fine-v.f. There does not seem to be much duplication, since the stamps were acquired individually with the intent to be eventually placed in albums. A good, solid lot, with excellent break-up potential
