1851 registered FL from Domanovich, franked with Austrian first issue 9kr (HPI) and on reverse 6kr (HPIa) to pay registration fee, carried across the border and posted in "Metcovich" for further delivery in Vienna, transit markings of Karlstadt and Vienna arrival, 6kr stamp was originally used to seal the letter and creased, subsequently moved to a different position on cover, otherwise fine, with Ferchenbauer cert. "sehr schones stuck!"

II Armee/22.12.78" pmk", posted at Slavinski Brod (gathering point of invading army), addressed to Wien, with Leopoldstadt 25.10.78 arrival pmk. Austria-Hungary occupied the Ottoman provinces of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the terms of the Congress of Berlin, which settled the Russo-Turkish (Balkan) War
