Paid", handed to the British consul at Guatemala City who forwarded it London, where two British 1sh adhesives (plate 11, right and left wing margin singles) were added (tied by "10" numeral cancels of London City, used for outgoing mail) for onward transmission to Constantinople, with London (Jan 28) and British Post Office Constantinople (Feb 5, 80) arrival cancels in red on back.
