1859 FL franked with 1/3 of 3b black and 1/2 of 8b black, paying the 5b rate from Bologna to Firenze, stamps tied by black grid cancels, with Bologna "15.Jul.59" cds, with faint arrival on reverse, some extraneous ink removed, still a v.f. example of this rare double fractional usage caused by the shortage of 5b stamps, with 1990 Diena and 2001 Sismondo certs (Sass. 4e,9a)
