 | Lot #348 ALBANIA Albanian Locals: Elbasan Postal Stationery 1919 (1.1) cover with seal of the Elbasan finance office (Zyra e Financevet n'Elbasan) imprinted in red, with black eagle overprint, cancelled by a "Zyra e Telegrafevet Elbasan" cds (possibly first day cancellation), v.f., with 2008 Graf cert. The cover dates from the early days of the Durres government when postal service was reduced to a bare minimum because of the lack of means of communication and transport.
