 | Lot #54 RUSSIA 1858-68 1858 FL from Taganrog, via Odessa to Piraeus, initially franked with 10k and 20k perf. 12 1/2 (YT 5-6), tied by 26 Sept. 65 departure cds, with "Franco" and Odessa border transit handstamps, charged 50 Lepta on arrival in Greece, with the addition of 10L and 40L Large Hermes Heads (Athens Issue, YT 20b,22), each with margins all around (one little close but clear at right), filing folds away from the stamps, fine and unusually nice Russia/Greece combination cover, especially with the fourth issue franking, with 1991 Dr.Enzo Diena cert.
