1902-17 collection of 54 covers or cards, mounted and written-up on pages, with an excellent representation of "Doplatit" markings on internal and international incoming mail, with a 1916 Prisoner of War cover to the Danish Red Cross, paying 10k with 2x5k revenues, inadmissible for postage and charged 20k (penalty) rate; two cards on Baku-Vladikavkaz and Rostov routes, sent unfranked and charged 6k (double the missing 3k rate); postcard to Rostov, posted on a branch of the Trans-Caucasian Railway, with the rare "Aleksandropol 269 Kars" pmk; postcard from Vienna to Grodno, with 40k charged "Granitza-Warszawa" pmk; 1910 postcard to New Caledonia (via Adelaide, Australia), cards from Germany, Belgium, England, also a few Soviet items, many interesting markings, Postal cars and Railroad connections identified, occasional condition problems, mostly fine-v.f.
