 | Lot #5086 RUSSIA 1913 Romanov Tercentenary Issue 1913 7k brown, three copies tied by oval "Arkhangelsk-194-Vologda 20.6.14" pmks, on registered cover to Moscow (21k rate accounts for double weight, plus 7k for registration), with postal clerk's notation; "No.5 (item for the day)/postal car 194. Imperial Russia provided facilities for "registration" on its TPOs. The letter had to be correctly franked and handed to the clerk on the TPO, who wrote on the cover the route (IIB = pochtowyj wagon).
