 | Lot #5207 RUSSIAN LOCALS (ZEMSTVO) BUGULMA 1914 (22.11) registered cover (little reduced at top and opened for display) from Bugulma, franked on back with 2k green & black, forwarded via the Bugulma town post office where 20k (2x3k and 14k) Romanov adhesives were added for registered mail, sent to St.Petersburg, with 28.11 arrival pmk.
