RUSSIA
1922 (15.5) registered cover from Odessa to Berlin, franked with block of 16x10,000r on 40r type II, with "P.C.F.C.P." (periods after the Cyrillic letters), also a vertical pair of same, used in combination with additional franking applied on both sides of the cover, including 3x10,000r on 40r (red surcharge), 4x22,500r violet, 3x7,500r on 250r, one each of 7,500r blue, 1,000r red, 5,000r on 5r, plus Control Fiscals two each of 1r and 10r, plus Postal Savings stamps 2x25k (total franking 337,500r) all with appropriate pmks, with German arrival 27.5.22 on back, some filing creases affecting the large block, otherwise v.f. and spectacular franking, with no less than 18 (!) of the rare "P.C.F.C.P." varieties, one of the most significant showpieces from RSFSR (two other letters known with comparable franking, all from Odessa), with Mikulski cert.
