1883 small cover franked with Levant 3x7k carmine & green (Mi.14x), tied by blue "Ropit Tulschinsk Agenstvo 7.VII.83" cds, addressed to Constantinople, with initial 15 July 1883 oval arrival datestamp; addressee was not found and the cover was apparently returned, with appropriate endorsements on front, apparently sent again some time later, with another Constantinople arrival, this time 10 December 1883. A well traveled cover, with small defects on top, with Mikulski cert. stating that only two (!) covers are known from this small Ropit Agency in Tulschinsk, ex-Snegireff and Gordon Torrey
