 | Lot #2794 MONGOLIA 1900 red-band cover franked with pair of 10k dark blue, registered from "Troitskosavsk" to Germany, re-addressed to Chemnitz, with transit and arrival pmks, fine. Troitskosavsk is situated on the border between Siberia and Mongolia and was built by Russian merchants as an alternative to Kyakhta.
