1943 1fr on 10c blue, top margin vertical strip of three, top two stamps with overprint double (one in black, the other in red), bottom stamp "normal", used on Murzuk black and white ppc addressed to Sebha, additionally franked on reverse with 1fr on 10c (Sass.3), top error stamp with small tear, otherwise fine and scarce variety, which Diena notes that he has never seen se-tenant with the normal stamp, signed Calves, with 1989 E.Diena cert. The catalogue value is for used singles, without any premium for the usage on cover or for the se-tenant strip of three,
