1920 printed manifest in Polish to the "People of Central Lithuania...countrymen, our eternal enemy has taken our land in order to conduct its bloody Bolshevik affairs. Our Polish forces could not resist militarily and our government signed a pact with the enemy, without asking us". The poster is signed by Gen. Zeligowski, with three stamps of Central Lithuania affixed at bottom and canc. Wilno 10.12.20, some minor wear & tear, otherwise fine and very rare item

1920 surcharges, two top values, 10m on 3auk and 10m on 5auk, blocks of four, the former is from the Second Printing, the latter from the first printing, one stamp in each block l.h., balance n.h., v.f., with Mikulski cert. Only 283 and 360 of each value were printed, hence these blocks have to be considered among the greatest rarities from Central Lithuania, possibly the only known (Mi.12-13, catalogue value for singles, with the l.h. calculated at 60% discount of the n.h. value)
