1920 Rogatschew, parcel card franked with handstamped numerals (to indicate increased franking value of 100 times face) 5x1r on 1k and 4x10r on 10k (paying 45r) all tied by "Tikhinichi Mog. 13.5.20" pmks, addressed to a Red Army soldier in "559 Infantry Regiment, 187 Infantry Brigade Command), markings indicate that parcel weighed 18 Lbs (rate 2 1/2r per Lb), with Main Field Post Office arrival postmark 17.5.20, fine and rare card
