1922 cover sent from Bogot¯ to Barranquilla, franked with the rare 30c on 10c surcharge (prepared on 5th May, 1922 in Bogot¯ as no 30 centavos stamps were available). These provisional stamps were affixed on covers by the Scadta officials and were not available to the general public. Only 200 copies were surcharged, which makes them the scarcest of all provisionals produced during that period, backflap faults, otherwise fine
