1859 outer FL from Smyrne, with blue "Compagnie Russe Smyrne 23.3.1859" hs, addressed to the "Administration de la Compagnie Russe de Navigation a Vapeur et de Commerce" in St.Petersburg, carried privately to the border post of Skulyany where 10k brown & blue was added and tied by "8" in oval dots, continuing to Odessa, with 30 March transit, stained, otherwise v.f. and extremely rare Levant cover, with 6 April arrival pmk, Mikulski cert.
