Priority telegram from Sierpuchov, dated Nov. 10, 1919: "protracted fighting at the front; cavalry corps of comrade Budennyi requires very determined measures, by the units of 42nd division....according to directive issued by me to employ the reserve units..". Signed by Stalin, as member of the Revolutionary Council, also by Front commander Egorov (future Marshal of the Soviet Union, killed during the Great Purge.) A rare document from Russia's Civil War
