10k brown & blue, imperf. single from plate II, used in combination with 10k brown & blue perf. 141/2, first printing on thick paper, both tied on piece by three strikes of "Mitava" in capital Cyrillic letters capital letters, imperf.stamp with tiny marginal erosion at right, otherwise fine.
