1935 San Francisco surcharge, used on flown ppc Moscow-New York, appropriate "Moscow-San Francisco" cachet, addressed to Consul General of Turkey in Philippoli, Bulgaria. This card was carried by Levanevsky on thespecial flight to San Francisco over the North Pole. The flight was interrupted and mail was later sent from Moscow, v.f., with explanatory five line cachet. This is the only know card to Bulgaria, with arrival pmk, Mikulski cert.
