Polish Prisoner of War Camps in the Soviet Union
1940, Dec. 11, Russian 20k stationery card, sent by a Polish officer in Griazowietz or Kozielsk POW Camp to his wife in Warsaw, in the part of town which became the Jewish Ghetto. On arrival in Warsaw, a charge of 30gr was assessed by theGhetto Postal Service, with "Nie Mieszka" (does not live here) endorsement, with additional hs in German and returned to sender, boxed "Postal Box No.C-41" (POW Camp) in Cyrilic letters, fine and spectacular historical document
