1866 20k brown, embossed stamp issued in St.Petersburg, full original gum, well centered and fresh, small hinge thin, otherwise v.f. example of this extremely rare stamp which is usually found with major defectsor repairs, with 1998 Mikulski cert. "One of the great rarities of Russian Philately, until now only 10 (!) have been recorded, 50% damaged or repaired. This copy is one of the best I have seen in 40 years." Ex-Faberge
