1919 registered value letter (opened for display), franked on both sides with Russian adhesives paying 6.80r, sent from Nikolo-Alexandrovka to "The Japan Chronicle" in Kobe, censored by the Russian authorities in Vladivostok and by the Japanese Military, with value expressed in both rubles and Japanese sen, wax seals intact, backstamped in Kobe on arrival, an excellent historical cover documenting the Japanese presence and censorship in Siberia
