| Lot #1052 TOGO 1914 50pf black and purple on buff, unused without gum, v.f., with BPA and Gibbs cert. This stamp was lot 376 from the sale of the great collection formed by the Marquess of Bute. Parts of the collection were housed in undergroundvaults during WWII which were flooded during the blitz of London, September 24th and 25th, 1940.
