This 1,366 lot sale features better United States, with quality material assembled by a Japanese gentleman. Foreign countries include Albania, with 1913 Double Eagle handstamps, Austria, France and Colonies, Germany with a selection of WWII Occupation Issues, Great Britain and British Commonwealth with Australia, BNA, New Zealand, British Asia and Africa. There are rarities from Iran, including postal history, Italy and Italian Colonies, a collection of hand-painted Karl Lewis covers and more. The auction concludes with over two hundred Large Lots and Collections, ranging from single country albums and specialized collections, to multi-carton worldwide groups and large cover lots offered intact.

1928-54 selection of 41 covers or cards, written-up exhibition style on pages, each with full description of origin, destination, rates, censor markings, etc., starting with 1928 registered cover to France, others showing progression of rate changes to various destinations, including 1944 flown cover to Teheran, showing Egyptian and two Soviet-Persian censorship markings, in Cyrillic and Latin characters, also a military transit; another cover via Egypt to England, with round "Censorship dept" handstamp; "V" overprint on cover to London, 1946 registered cover (opened for display) to French India, others to Czechoslovakia, Somalia, Austria, Germany, Italy, China and others, few minor flaws noted, mostly fine-v.f., ex-Roberto Sciaky
