NORTH KOREA
1955 unexploded, completely intact booklet containing three different panes of six, separated by glassine interleaves, postal rates printed on the inside front and back covers, serial number 480 handstamped on back cover (apparently the booklet was sold at double the face value), fine and rare booklet, issued in commemoration of the 10th anniversary of liberation from Japan (to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Liberation, the post office in ChongJin produced commemorative booklets. Examples are known of 240 won and 480 won booklets containing locally perforated 10th Anniversary issues, and one example is recorded of a booklet (possibly incomplete) containing 918 won of regular issues)
