1914 1c green, perf. 12x10, small h.r., usual centering, fine and attractive example of this rare unused stamp, only 17 (!) recorded (nine unused singles, two vertical pairs and the unique unused block of four, for a total of seventeen), with 1980 PFC (catalogue value for sound stamp with perfs touching or just cutting into the design)
