1901 (8 Aug) cover to Kazan, sent from the village located in Buyskiy Volost, franked with 2k red (S8) Urzhum Zemstvo stamp, tied by the Volost Administration oval datestamp, sent via Urzhum City Imperial Post Office, where 7k dark blue was added, canceled 10 Aug 1901, repeated alongside, little toning, otherwise fine
