1918 (20 Nov) registered cover franked with "Poczta Polska Ostrow" overprints on GGW 2 1/2pf, 7 1/2pf, 10pf and 30pf surcharges, paying correct 50pf postage, tied by Ostrow departure cds, addressed to Jan Kobylecki in Warszawa, with 28.11.19 arrival pmk on back, cover folds away from the stamps, roughly opened at left, still fine and rare
