1901 1c green and black, center inverted, used, fresh color, fine example of this popular error which is considerably scarcer used, with 1997 and 2012 PFCs (The 1c Pan-American Invert in used condition is considerably scarcer than unused. Siegel census records 54 used examples (two on piece and a pair) plus three on covers, for a total of 57 copies, of which only seven singles are confirmed as sound)
