1918 (30 Sept) "O.A.S." endorsed cover to England, with "Army Post Office P.B.1" (Murmansk) cds, bearing "I Certify that there is no information contained in this letter that can be of service to the enemy" censor handstamp, roughly opened, with some backflap tears, fine, possibly the first day of use of this cancel (The first Army Post Office cancels appeared when the British arrived in Murmansk on September 27, 1918)
