1860 (23 Jan) stampless money letter sent from Zakataly to Colonel Baron Moritz Wrangel in Baku, postmarked in Zakataly "23.1.50" (corrected to "1860") and Baku (6.2.60). This is the earliest known mail from Zakataly. The letter contained banknotes worth 270 rubles. Postage was 2 rubles (20k for weight, 70k for the 1% insurance fee, and 3k for receipt) (today, Zaqatala is a city in northwest Azerbaijan)
